Wellington College China wins HR Asia award for the second year!

We did it again! For the second year in a row, Wellington College China has received HR Asia's 'Best Companies to Work for in Asia' Award. This further underscores our commitment to providing a workplace that cultivates talent and inspires all employees to develop and excel professionally.

The 'Best Companies to Work for in Asia' Award is different from other HR awards. HR Asia is the region's most authoritative publication for senior HR professionals. It is the culmination of a thorough survey that assesses several important factors, such as employee engagement level and satisfaction rate; talent recruitment, retainment, training and development; work-life balance; and employee communication.
